A wet-processed or “washed” coffee, meaning the fruit skin and pulp were removed from the beans immediately after harvesting and before drying., with mild and mellow yet broad flavors that provide a bright and clean taste - a classic, delicate sweetness complemented by an exotic, complex and fruity aroma.
Papua New Guinea Flavor: Quietly but deeply layered complexity. Dark chocolate, black currant, fresh-cut cedar, hints of mint and cumin in aroma and cup. Buoyantly floral-toned acidity; lightly syrupy mouthfeel. Chocolate and cedar carry into a richly round finish.
